International Yoga Day 2025 🧘‍♂️ | SJS GGSSS Silana | Yoga with Students & Teachers

On 21st June 2025, SJS GGSSS Silana, Jhajjar celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and participation from students and staff. The session began at 6:30 a.m., led by Mrs. Madhu, PGT Hindi, who guided everyone through various yoga asanas and breathing techniques.

Principal Mahinder Singh Yadav addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of yoga in daily life and beautifully reminded everyone that, “Your body is your best friend.”

After the session, healthy refreshments were served to the students. This event truly inspired a path toward wellness, discipline, and inner peace.

“On the peaceful morning of June 21st, 2025, as the sun rose gently over the village of Silana, students and teachers gathered at SJS GGSSS, Jhajjar, to celebrate an occasion that connects body, mind, and soul – International Yoga Day.”

“The yoga session began sharp at 6:30 a.m., with great enthusiasm and energy. Students, dressed in white, stood ready on their mats, as calmness settled in the air.”

Mrs. Madhu, PGT Hindi, gracefully led the yoga exercises. With patience and precision, she guided the students through basic warm-ups, asanas, and breathing techniques. Each movement reflected balance… focus… and inner peace.”
